Jason founded One In A Row Ventures, a private equity firm dedicated to owning and operating small to medium-sized businesses. As managing partner, Jason is responsible for building the culture of each portfolio company to drive impact in three ways: Purpose, People, and Performance.
Jason, an entrepreneur with combat-proven leadership, holds an MBA and BS in Management from the University of West Florida. Following a Post-Graduate Fellowship at Ochsner Health System, where he led physician operations for 3 years, Jason launched IRIS – Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems in 2013. As CEO, he led the healthcare technology startup to FDA approval for early detection of eye diseases, achieving a remarkable 966% growth rate within 4 years and recognition among the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America by Inc. Magazine. Jason, a Harvard Business School executive education alum, secured Seed Funding and Venture Capital investment during his tenure. Before his business ventures, Jason served 8 years in the U.S. Army, earning awards like the Combat Infantry Badge and Purple Heart. Jason is actively engaged in the community serving on the UWF Foundation Board, Olive Baptist Church, and UWF College of Business Advisory Council.
