As Founder and CEO of Catalyst, Chad is responsible for shaping Catalyst’s mission, vision, and values as well as fostering and growing the organization’s deep-rooted culture. Under Chad’s leadership, Catalyst has grown from a boutique real estate development company focused on the Southeast to a national platform with multiple offices and investments in over 21 states. Outside of Catalyst, Chad is the visionary, developer, and primary investor behind the East Garden District, a placemaking project in historic downtown Pensacola, FL, and Ransley Station, a 60+ acre master planned development in Northwest Florida. In addition to his real estate engagements, Chad, alongside world-renowned orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. James Andrews, is a board member and investor in Dr. Andrews’ legacy company, Andrews Medicine, LLC.
